The Mondrian Coffee Table has a simple graphic design, influenced by the work of Piet Mondrian. His greatly reduced paintings of horizontal and vertical lines are echoed in the geometric surfaces of this piece. The metalwork is patinated with a simple etch that gently distorts the flat edge.
